If you cannot access the app, email recard@akframes.cloud from your registered email address with the subject Recard data deletion request and identify the data you want deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Request deletion without the app
Email recard@akframes.cloud from the email address registered to your Recard account. Use the subject Recard account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before we process the request.
We will confirm the outcome by email. Please allow up to 30 days for a verified manual request to be completed.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your Recard sign-in account and associated cloud data, including recordings, audio, transcripts, summaries, notes, folders, tags, sharing records, and stored entitlement data tied to that account. Local copies remaining on a device can be removed by clearing Recard's app data or uninstalling the app.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies. Backup copies may persist temporarily until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Recard account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions to prevent future renewal charges.
